Refund/Return/Exchange/Damages and Issues

Due to the nature of Busy Boss Life products, all sales are FINAL. However, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a REQUEST immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All requests must be submitted by email to info@busybosslife.com within 14 days of your order delivery. Items pertaining to the request must be in returnable condition, meaning it is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

To submit your request, please follow the following steps: 

Send an email to info@busybosslife.com with the subject line “DISSATISFIED: [your_order_number]”

In the email, please include the:

  • Order number
  • Reason for request
  • Condition of the item
  • Photos of the item
