Busy Boss Life services are available by appointment only, Wednesday-Saturday from 9am to 6pm at 10540 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL. (inside of Electrolysis by Frances). Please read the policies below before scheduling an appointment.

POLICIES:

Please note, by booking your appointment, without exception you are agreeing to our policies. 

GUESTS

The person (1) who is receiving the service(s) at the scheduled time will be allowed in the treatment room. Additional guest (including children, spouses, and pets) are not allowed. 

 

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. 

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION

Appointments canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours of your appointment will not be charged anything in addition to the initial deposit fee. Another deposit fee will be required to reschedule. 

NO SHOW

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you authorize us to charge your card on file for the full amount of the scheduled services. Two no show appointments will result in you being banned from all future bookings. 

 

LATE CANCELATION

Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, will result in a 50% charge for your scheduled services. Three late cancelations will result in you being banned from all future bookings.

 

SICKNESS

If you are showing any cold/flu-like symptoms or have a contagious virus (ex: pink eye, cold sore, etc) at your appointment, we will kindly ask you to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation. The health of our staff and clients is our top priority. 

PAYMENTS

If we are unable to process the fee payment through your saved credit/debit card, you will no longer be able to book an appointment until the fee is paid.

 

SALES

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for products or services.
